@DKarmpaliotis @morristownheart I am not sure routine coiling is required as DK suggested. I don’t regularly coil anymore. Burned with calcified ISR CTO ostial RCA.

Great example. However I am not convinced that coiling grafts makes a big difference in stent patency and it also may make future use of the occluded SVG as a conduit for repeat retrograde attempt difficult. Thoughts? @morristownheart

If you could get the 0.9 laser pointed/started down in the septal it might works as the issue is likely not 300+ calcium - angle and some calcium. The roto/orbital treatment essential has to starts in lad. ?specialty small balloon or glider?

We follow very strict guidelines here : all IC patients are seen by vascular internist, VS and get the very best SET and end up in revas only if needed. We don't remember having a single amputation on all IC patients treated here.
