استقبل السيد/ ناكاهارا تاكانوبو، القائم بالأعمال بالإنابة لسفارة اليابان في السودان، اليوم، السيد/ مُنير جعفر محمد، المدير القطري لبرنامج الأمم المتحدة لخدمات المشاريع (UNOPS) في السودان، لتبادل وجهات النظر حول الوضع في السودان والمُبادرات الجارية من (UNOPS) والتي تمولها اليابان.

Today, Mr. NAKAHARA Takanobu, Chargé d'Affaires ad interim of the Embassy of Japan to Sudan, welcomed Mr. Munier Gaafar, Country Manager for the UNOPS program in Sudan, to exchange views on the situation in Sudan and ongoing initiatives of UNOPS funded by Japan.

بالأمس، التقى السيد ناكاهارا تاكانوبو، القائم بالأعمال بالإنابة لسفارة اليابان لدى السودان، بالدكتور لورانس كورباندي، المبعوث الخاص لإيغاد إلى السودان، وتبادل معه وجهات النظر حول الوضع في السودان، بما في ذلك الجهود الحالية التي تبذلها إيغاد.

Yesterday, Mr. NAKAHARA Takanobu, the Chargé d'Affaires ad interim of the Embassy of Japan to Sudan, had a meeting with Dr. Lawrence Korbandy, the IGAD Special Envoy for Sudan, and exchanged views on the situation in Sudan, including current IGAD efforts.

On February 9, the Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of Japan in Sudan, Mr. NAKAHARA Takanobu, met with the Senior Advisor of the UN-Habitat Regional Office for Arab States, Mr. Wael El Ashhab. We reaffirmed our partnership in responding to humanitarian and social crises in Sudan.
