Can Foreigners Serve as Slaves in Japan’s BDSM Scene? (With a List of Foreigner-Friendly BDSM Clubs)
Since reactivating this account, I’ve received a few DMs asking the same thing: Can foreigners visit a BDSM club in Japan and book a session with a Japanese mistress? And even more specifically: Can they serve as slaves?
The short answer is yes — but it depends on a few things, especially your level of Japanese.

If you're fluent in Japanese, most clubs will accept you without any issues. However, due to some foreigners behaving inappropriately in the past, a number of clubs that used to welcome international clients have changed their policy. One Osaka-based club I personally liked even put up a sign (in Japanese) saying: “We do not accept foreigners.”
Some clubs have implemented double pricing — meaning that even if you live in Japan or speak the language, you’ll be charged an additional 5K 10K JPY simply for being a foreigner. Others only apply this surcharge if you don’t speak Japanese.
My advice?
– If you do speak Japanese and they still ask you to pay more, just skip the club.
– If you don’t speak Japanese, paying a little more to book a session with a mistress who speaks your language can be worth it.
So… How Do You Book a Session in Japan?
Find an SM club (Tokyo and Osaka have many) and contact them via email or phone. Let them know you’d like to book a session with a specific mistress by name.
You can also contact some mistresses directly on X (formerly Twitter). But please — only message if you’re serious. Don’t treat it like a chat room. It’s their job, not a dating app.
Don’t book too early. Most mistresses prefer last-minute bookings — usually a few hours or the day before. Booking a month in advance can be overkill.
Use AI to write your message in both English and polite Japanese. Introduce yourself, state your level of experience, and be respectful. You’re contacting a professional, not looking for a fantasy pen pal.
Be aware that BDSM is work. Time-wasters or disrespectful messages are an instant turn-off — and may get you blocked.
What Happens on the Day?
Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a meeting point — usually near a train station or love hotel. From there:
You’ll meet the mistress
Head together to a love hotel (you pay for the room)
You’ll have a 5-minute counseling session to go over boundaries, preferences, and safe words
Then the session begins
Pricing example:
– Session: 90 minutes = 20,000 JPY
– Love hotel: ~5,000 JPY
– Options (toys, activities, etc.): Varies
Always bring cash unless otherwise specified.
Foreigner-Friendly BDSM Clubs in Tokyo (Updated List 04/05/2025
)
Here are some clubs that are known to accept foreigners — with notes based on personal experience or trusted reports:
🔹 Lasiora @lasiora2008 @lasioraroom
Probably the most foreigner-friendly BDSM club in Japan.
They’ve been accepting international clients for over 20 years, and unlike many others, they do not charge double pricing.
Note: I haven’t had a session there myself yet, but the reputation is solid.
🔹 SM Yapoo
This has been my go-to club since 2015.
Sessions are extremely professional and intense — it’s my personal favorite.
That said, all communication must be done in Japanese, so this is only an option if you're fluent.
🔹 PersonaSM Club @personasm
Arguably the biggest SM club in Japan.
They have a huge roster of mistresses and the pricing is very reasonable.
While they don’t advertise directly to foreigners, they’re known to be open-minded — especially if you can speak or write basic Japanese.
🔹 SADS Group (Tokyo) @sads_group
I tried emailing them and didn’t get a response, but when I called, they confirmed that they do accept foreigners.
If you’re serious, I recommend calling rather than emailing.
🔹 Sweet-Devil (Tokyo)@sweetdeviltv
They do accept foreigners, but apply a double pricing policy (+5,000 JPY) if you don’t speak Japanese. I don't know about the price if you are foreigner and speak Japanese.
Foreigner-Friendly BDSM Clubs in Osaka
🔹 Club Fin & Neo Alice (Osaka)
Both clubs accept foreigners if you speak Japanese.
I’ve had a few sessions in both, and the experience was positive. Communication in Japanese is a must.
