I've seen a lot of projects with good art. But not many that make me stay just because I want to know what happens next.
That's why I keep coming back to YUGEN.
The visuals got me first but the more I dug in, the more I felt like there's a real story being built behind every character and every piece of art.
What I respect most is how they move. No rushing, no noise. Just putting in the work and letting the art do the talking.
You don't see that often.
Big respect to the people behind it @roulacase1 @iammattiex @Ocaptain2023 @NEO_SH4DOW and HIKARI - A team that's clearly here to build something real.
I don't know how far YUGEN will go but it's one of the few projects where every update makes me want to follow closer, not scroll past.

This hit different. And I hate that it's true.
For years I thought "growing up" just meant getting older. Turns out I was stuck running the same broken loops on repeat, wondering why nothing ever changed. Same patterns, same fears, same coping mechanisms I picked up before I even understood what they were.
Then I looked at an old photo of myself that 7 or 8 year old kid with zero filters, all curiosity and zero self-doubt. He had no idea what the world was about to throw at him. And somewhere along the way, I let the noise win. I stopped questioning the feedback. I accepted whatever got rewarded often enough and called it "who I am now."
That's not maturity. That's just slow drifting.
The real flex is going back, looking that little version straight in the eyes, and giving him the honest words nobody gave us back then. Not therapy lines. Not motivational fluff. Just real talk from someone who's already walked the road he's about to run.
That's exactly what @NeoSoulAI is doing right now and they're sending actual Fujifilm Polaroids to three people who show up and do it properly.
So here's my move: reply or QT with your childhood photo + the real advice you'd give your v1.0 self.
