FINAL: #FSU advances to the Super Regionals for the second straight year with a 5–2 win over Mississippi State. The Noles scored five unanswered late, tying it on a Cal Fisher homer in the seventh. Wes Mendes tossed 8.0 strong innings with 9 Ks, and Joe Charles closed it out.

And just like that, #FSU takes a 5–2 lead in the bottom of the eighth on a two-run single from Max Williams and an RBI single by Myles Bailey. The Noles are now three outs away from the Super Regionals.

Oh boy, the #FSU faithful is fired up. Myles Bailey leads off the seventh with a double, and Cal Fisher ties it at 2 with a 374-foot blast at 101 mph off the bat in Tallahassee.

Final: #HailState defeats Northeastern 11–2, snapping the Huskies’ 27-game win streak. Bryce Chance went 4-for-5 with 2 RBIs, Joe Powell homered and drove in 4, Gatlin Sanders had 3 RBIs, and Noah Sullivan added a homer to back strong outings from Ben Davis and Ryan McPherson.

Through three innings, #HailState leads #Northeastern 7–2 after a four-run third that chased Will Jones, highlighted by a Bryce Chance RBI double and a two-run homer to left by Joe Powell. Ben Davis then retired the side in order in the bottom half.

Impressive first for #Northeastern. Will Jones, backed by strong defense, retires #HailState in order on 13 pitches. The 6'5 lefty K’d Ace Reese on a 75 mph sweeper (2,657 RPM, 0" vert, 17" HB, 5'4 release), and Carmelo Musacchia’s RBI single makes it 1–0 Huskies after one.
