There’s not really a “must-address” position to attack early on. The #Panthers have flexibility to take the best player available. Trading back should be a top option as well.

It’s about providing long-term stability that in turn improves the depth along the OL, especially at tackle. If the #Panthers feel they can get a starter (I view Lomu as that) over Walker + uncertainty around Ekwonu, do it. However, I think they ultimately avoid an OT early.

Offensive Tackle at 19 crowd, I have a question; What is there to be gained by drafting a player that in theory won’t play much this year, over a player that will provide instant impact?

I’d be careful comparing Dillon to Rico because they are entering different situations. Brooks wasn’t going to play last year. They WANT him to play a huge role this year. Rico was also coming off a 1k-yard season, Dillon was the 4th RB on the Eagles last yr. Not the same.

@Jared_NFLDraft Different question.. defense needs LB, FS and Nickle … how about adding someone to improve the DL like Kayden McDonald ? Wouldn’t that help all 3 levels of defense ? Then going WR second round ? Then OL rounds 3 and 4?
