Welcome! If you feel you’re meant for more, you’re in the right place. About me: I graduated from the United States Air Force Academy where I played Division 1 soccer. That experience shaped how I view discipline, leadership, and what it means to perform under pressure. I went on to serve as a Space Force officer working on multi billion dollar rocket programs. On paper I was winning. In reality I felt disconnected from who I knew I could become. I fell into a deep addiction to video games and weekends of going out and partying. I spent years neglecting my wellbeing and relationships. I didn’t realize how far I was drifting from the person I wanted to be. Turning my life around is the reason I care so much about helping others take control of theirs. Now I run High Agency Club with one mission, helping people live with clarity, ownership, and purpose in every area of life. Physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and relationally, I mentor high performers who want more than success that only looks good from the outside. If you are the kind of person who knows you are meant for more, you are in the right place. I am here to help you take control of your life and actually love it.

Finally, Chris Williamson said it and I'm not the only one who feels this way. I spent my Friday night at his show in Denver and resonated with something that brought me peace. Even Chris Williamson, someone running the 8th biggest podcast in the world, someone I aspire to be like, feels the same way I do. I'm not doing enough. This is every Type A person, especially former athletes who are wired to compete. We all feel this way. Here's the thing nobody talks about: Type A people get zero sympathy for this struggle because our problems look like "good problems." You're achieving. You're grinding. You're winning on paper. So people assume you're fine. Inside, you can't switch off. You feel like you've never done enough and relaxing feels like you're falling behind. I feel it. D1 athlete, Air Force Academy grad, Space Force officer managing rocket programs. Building my own business. People around me are impressed but to me, it's never enough. I keep asking myself the wrong questions. "What's wrong with me?" "Why can't I just be satisfied?" "Why does relaxing feel like I'm falling behind?" Here's what I realized Friday night: Nothing is wrong with me, Chris, or anyone wired like this. The problem isn't that we need more intensity. The problem is we've been punishing ourselves nonstop and calling it ambition. Type B people need more structure and drive. Type A people need to learn how to slow down without feeling guilty about it. The competitive fire that made us push through athletics doesn't need to be escaped. It needs to be balanced with proper rest so we can channel that fire to the right places. As I'm running High Agency Club, I’m learning that rest isn't weakness, it's part of sustainable performance. If you're a former athlete who feels like you're never doing enough, you're not broken. The drive that got you here is a gift. Learning how to be kind to yourself while still pursuing what matters is real work. I left that theater feeling lighter than I have in months. If you feel the same way after reading this post, repost this. Someone you know needs to hear this.

The real transformation: I get more done by 12pm than I used to in a full day. I have sustained energy throughout my day. I show up fully, as a better version of me in my relationships. Not the exhausted, irritated version of me. This wasn't about building a body. It was about improving every aspect of my life and giving the people I love the version of me they deserve.

4. Sleep I prioritize 7-8 hours every night. This was the game changer. Better sleep meant better decisions, better mood, better everything.

I went from weak and exhausted to shredded in 3 months. But this post isn't about fitness. It's about how I went from crashing by noon and showing up irritated in my relationships to peak performance at work, getting things done faster with higher quality, and being fully present with the people I love. Here's exactly how I did it:

I was about to let the love of my life slip away. We lived in different states. I was heading to pilot training. My future was completely uncertain. What was certain, was that she was the one. Oh… and I had just met her. Maybe I was crazy. I had convinced myself it would never work. Why would it? Then my Dad said three words that changed my life: "Make it happen." That single phrase flipped a switch in my brain. I had the "make it happen" mentality for other things in my life, why did I not apply it here? Suddenly I wasn't looking for reasons why it couldn't work. I was finding ways to make it work. Seven years later, we're married. Here's what that mindset shift taught me:

That mentality is the difference between letting her go and building a life together. When something matters, you don't accept "it won't work." You ask "how can I make this work?"
