Literally everything. I haven't typed anything in 2 days, so I'm using it for multiple conversations with multiple agents across both my MacBook and my Windows PC. I'm using it for some vibe-coding stuff I'm working on. I'm using it to draft emails, and I even used it to draft the response to this tweet This is 2 days of usage. I type around 70 WPM, so it's more than double my typing speed.

People in Kelowna like to say that we're Canada's California. I disagree. If we're going to be compared to any state, it's definitely Florida.

@JasonWattBCC @j_stock_ @Cdn4Nortel @MarkMcGrathCFP At a retainer of $3,000/year, an advisor can make a really good living with 80-100 clients, while providing a high level of attention to every client. The client can get really good advice for $3K/year + between .20 and .50% depending how they choose to invest.

Accountants: Pay yourself salary from your corporation instead of dividends because it’s better for qualifying for a mortgage. Mortgage brokers: It literally makes no difference. There are good reasons to pay salary. I don’t think qualifying for a mortgage is one of them.

@CanadaTaxGuy @Hintonburgooner If you're an owner operator or an incorporated professional, it doesn't matter. The insurer will look at your corporate net income in determining insurable income. If you income split with a spouse but it's clear the corp. income was generated by you, they'll even add that back.

@Hintonburgooner Yeah that’s my understanding but I’m curious if that’s case even if you own your own company. I know that they have riders which can capture other income but would be curious what the base policy is.
