@KsScanner True, but the ordinance defines "Single-Use Disposable Plastic Bag" as being "...provided to a consumer by an establishment...". As such, there's no prohibition or enforcement against individual possession or use of any bags. It only affects establishments offering them.

“The approved iteration of the ordinance states that “Unless otherwise exempted under this Article, the use of Single-use Disposable Plastic Bags is hereby prohibited within the City limits.”
