No. P=1/2 x p x A a V^3 4800W/sqm IDEAL input power at best @ 20m/s and average air density. Apply Betz's law at 57.3% and the power density input is 2750W/sqm at best. This thing would only have a capture area of maybe 0.5sqm, so half that to 1375W at best. And a fast turbine like this would probably be 30% efficient at best. So you are barely trickle charging this thing for a drastic reduction in efficiency due to drag. You'd easily chew an extra 1000W-1500W power at 20m/s. So this thing is bunk. making a lid for my intake manifold using a 3d scan i took - flange is mocked up roughly just to see if this will work

used a ferret 3D scanner to scan my intake manifold lower so i can make a custom lid for larger throttlebodies
