@AJH267876 Always been a reader but over the last 5 years it’s become as important to me as anything else in life. There’s a saying “read what you love, until you love to read” so with the in mind just read anything at all you find interesting and you’ll build the muscle.

@fullyeng1077 There aren’t too many studies that show negatives in terms of long term health. Obviously there are pro’s and con’s but the pro’s outweighs the con’s right now. Appreciate the concern.
