@DellCares How is it legal to damage a product, not repair it and then ship it back to the customer in worse shape. You should be ashamed of your service.

@DellCares I sent in my laptop to have the keyboard replaced under warranty. It was shipped via Fed Ex with the box and label provided by Dell. Once they received the laptop they said it was damaged and won't fix it. It must have been damaged during shipping. They want to send...
