Since I have been recovering from surgery, also been stuck at home. Decided to watch some more tape. I noticed something. Undrafted rookie Skyler Thomas might be the best player we have at covering big, fast tight ends. Something to watch when we run in dime. #Bears

I have some friends who moved to Whiting. Used to go there for the Pierogi Fest. Super fun. When I lived in the city, I just hopped on the Metra South Shore Line. Could not have been easier. Fun little town with a beach! haha And my god, the rent was cheap and everything is walkable.

1. Won’t find a better location in proximity to Chicago than the Wolf Lake site. 2. Property Tax incentives are the best you can ask for. 3. Don’t see how the buying of the stadium could be any better. I guess the lease terms could be sweetened a bit based on how much they’d be paying annually. As it is, Bears invest $2B and then when the bonds are paid off, they get to buy all 340 acres for $1. They can buy it sooner if they help pay off the bond debt sooner. Everything on paper screams IN but I don’t think the McCaskeys truly want to move out of Illinois.

@ChiRuxinBGO Random question (not complaining). The Indiana deal is pretty sweet on paper, but is there room for it to be even sweeter? Possibly better land, better incentives and owning the stadium sooner? I get why people hate the idea, but there is no way that move is all negative.

It’s real interesting seeing all these non-sports reporters/journalists speaking out against the Bears all of a sudden. Where’d they come from? Why weren’t they speaking up days, weeks or months ago? They are puppets and mouthpieces for the IL politicians. I’m not believing much of what they are saying.

I have made no secret about my displeasure when we hired DA. Outside of a few outliers who were able to transcend, he has never gotten much from his DEs. Which is why I think he has a shorter leash than most people think. There's no way Ben Johnson is going to accept mediocrity. Soon, Dennis Allen might not be the "HC-Defense" if we do not see rapid improvement. Lots of weight to pull. Crazy turnovers and a ton of blitzing is not sustainable. #Bears
