KEDC SERTAC is hosting four Regional Reverse Career Fairs in 2026, and we’re looking for businesses and organizations willing to serve as interviewers for students with disabilities preparing to enter the workforce. A Reverse Career Fair flips the traditional format. Instead of employers sitting at booths, students host the booths, showcasing their skills, interests, and strengths while employers circulate and meet them one-on-one in an inclusive and accessible setting.  These events give students a chance to practice professional communication, build confidence, and connect with potential employers. 2026 Reverse Career Fair Dates: Maysville (MCTC) – April 7 Rowan (MCTC Rowan Campus) – April 9 Ashland (ACTC Technology Drive) – April 14 Big Sandy (BSCTC Mayo Campus) – April 16 All events run 9:30–11:30 AM EST.  If you’re an employer interested in supporting students and meeting future members of the workforce, we would love for you to participate.
