re ur 2nd reply: this matches what we did on pgrust mostly. 96% of 50k pg regression tests passing (though we were also rearchitecting to be multi-threaded instead of process).

@ASU Q: Libraries? The testcase issue is also why this project focuses on libraries. Every program dependent on a library can serve as a testcase for that library, helping us port, but it's hard to get that many testcases (especially UI/UX ones) for normal applications.
