MLK Jr. Weekend was a family moment for me. My roots are in Miami, and my why is because of my family. I started the weekend serving with the Brothers of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. as a Lamplighter, giving back through a Miami Gardens community cleanup. I was honored to be an invited guest at the Overtown Youth Center with Do Good Robotics, and ended the weekend marching in the MLK Parade alongside Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava.
