The doctor left his post just to make a phone call,and although he noticed something was wrong when he returned,he didn't call an ambulance immediately. It doesn't even make sense that a cardiologist wouldn't know how to perform CPR properly. Michael Jackson was clearly murdered.

i won’t ever forget his designers also saying that they put the tinkerbell rhinestone inside letting it rest on michael’s heart, they also said michael used to say “tinkerbell is where all the magic starts” or that whenever michael came to bush (one of his designers) he’d say “bush dust me” as tinkerbell would do… ❤️🩹
