@TSN_Sports please fix your app. The audio is completely buggered for the Superbowl. No other issues on other apps or streams

@DirtHODLr @elonmusk Till you feel like pressing control c, time and milage may very per user.

@elonmusk for(i>0){i++; println("boobs!");}
How long will it run?

If you’re a hardcore software engineer and want to build the everything app, please join us by sending your best work to code@x.com.
We don’t care where you went to school or even whether you went to school or what “big name” company you worked at.
Just show us your code.

@MarkGabbs @CompTIA Remaking the VCDX are we :) happy to help where I can as you put this together.
English

Who here has @CompTIA friends?
Taking on a crusade, that I don’t really want to take on, but believe the community of upcoming EAs (Enterprise Architects) need to achieve.
Looking for folks with CompTIA contacts to develop something for CompTIA, that aligns with their goals.
English

@MarkGabbs The eaiser or more automated the front end is, the more complex the back end gets.
The lessons learned in the vcdx easily are applied at the application level where life cycle management is not built in with the VCF stack.
English

Why do we need #VCDX (Enterprise Architects)?
VCF is the dam, in this example.
Look at all the other thoughts that go into the dam.
99% of us won’t ever notice these other considerations.
GOOD!
That means engineers of the day did their job!

@MarkGabbs I was having a discussion with other VCDXs about this. Broadcom probably thinks that VCF 9 will remove most of the design decisions from the design or architecture but there is still lots to be made on the requirements, constraints, assumptions, AMPRS and up the app stack.
English

@safouh75 That email should read previous head of vcf learning and tooling :p
English

What the heck is going on with those guys? I don't believe a few lines of email will restore the lost trust and fix the damage caused by yesterday’s email! #VCDX

English

@GreggRobertson5 End of an era sadly. I figured this was coming when I noticed the vcdx directory went missing and the requirement for vExpert vcf keys require vcp-vcf
English

@pmcafrica Congrats you invented the next Allen key. Ikea will be in touch shortly
English

@anthonyspiteri Yet another dig at the cert program. It's already bad enough writing the vcaps or vcdx doesn't keep your vcp up to date. Why would anyone even bother with the vcp 8 exam ?
English

@rizpabani @BenGeskin The dongle port will still be on the bottom like the wireless mouse, so it's still awkward.
English

@BenGeskin Nice. Apple will release it as a dongle and charge $150 for it.
English

@PcPhilanthropy Honestly probably better then having to run 2 PSUs in the tower :p. Added bonus they likely wouldn't adjust the voltage choke on the GPU so the outlet power would cook it in 1-2 years which means more corp revenue :p

@mSykeCodes @nixcraft If you build it they will come, If you subscribe it they will leave. Ask BMW how their idea went on subscriptions for seat warmers.
English

@mSykeCodes @nixcraft This is what happens when execs that don't understand the product, technology, or customer basis try to make "decisions" to try and move the stock a point. Instead of focusing on what made them good in the first place and doubling down.

API (Application Programming Interface):
Think of an API like a menu at a restaurant. You (the customer) look at the menu and choose what you want to eat. The waiter (API) takes your order and brings you the food (data or service) you requested. It's like you asking for things when you're ready.
Webhook:
Now, imagine you're at a magical restaurant, and the food (data) comes to your table as soon as it's ready without you having to order it. The kitchen (the other system) sends dishes to your table (your application) when they're done. You don't need to ask for each dish, it just appears when it's ready,
So, with APIs, you ask for things when you want them, and with webhooks, things come to you automatically when they're ready. It's like a menu-driven restaurant experience vs. a restaurant that knows exactly what you want and serves it without you asking.

@PcPhilanthropy I had to build level 4 in high school electronics class. Both the 9 pim and the parallel port.

@Matt_Pinner @brockpierson It's not a real dx2 without the turbo button :p
