Coming back from the Nats game. Got on the Red Line at Gallery Place. Train marked for Shady Grove. At Bethesda, the operator said the train was going out of service at Medical Center and all of us have to get off. Now waiting 10 min for next train. @wmata @Metrorailinfo

Hi @wmata @Metrorailinfo. Why are so many fare gates closed at the Shady Grove Metro Station? 2 of the 3 on the platform and half of the ones on the lower level are closed, forcing rush hour commuters to squeeze into the remaining open ones.
