Yeah I enforced these laws for decades. You clearly have no clue what the fuck you're talking about. When a government official forces you to identify yourself or disclose private information they are violating the Fourth Amendment. The First Amendment has NOTHING TO DO with "unreasonable searches and seizures by the government regarding their persons, houses, papers, and effects." This is not up for debate unless you're a bored internet weirdo that cant read and says "DO SUM WEESERCH" whenever they cant argue the facts.
