My advices to all the new memecoin projects launching -Don’t launch with whitelists -Master your tokenomics -Focus the presale on having as many wallets as possible but still way under your true potential, otherwise you won’t have enough juice left (Snek had ~500 wallets in presale) -Maximise your liquidity in exchanges, the more the better -Don’t burn/lock your LP tokens, you never know when/how you will need them -Transform your community into your marketing team -Don’t be afraid to give back or spend on things that will make your project better -Everything cost 2x what you are being told and take 3x the time -Don’t be greedy with your community, partners and team members -Set up your company before creating and distributing the tokens -Find good lawyers, you always need it -The price is never the message but understand majority just want to make money -Trading volume is the most important metric to focus on -Don’t be mad when people leave, but understand why -List on a CEX early while it’s hot, plan 30k-100k USD -Create incentives for holding. It’s easy to buy, it’s a lot harder to hold -Under promise, over deliver -Keep your mouth shut about « what’s next » -Create anticipation, don’t kill it -The story is always better than the reality -Perception is everything -People will always try to push you in 1000 different directions, keep your focus on your vision -Become to big to fail That being said, I think we will never see another memecoin do what $SNEK did. It will need different market conditions, different rules, different meta Creating the first run is easy. Creating the second game-changing run is the hardest thing. 99% of memecoins will never reach the second run.

Look, now is NOT the time to buy #Altcoins See below, Bitcoin dominance has hit a new high for this cycle, now at 52% - it's not stopping But, the #Bitcoin price is FLAT over the last 6 months. Bitcoin is doing OK, but Alts are getting destroyed The money just isn't there to push up Altcoin valuations right now, and let's not forget the vast majority of crypto is actually "unprofitable tech" It's been a long, bear market for Altcoins generally which continue to lose value vs $, let alone vs BTC Bitcoin has all the near term catalysts (ETF, Halving, Adoption etc) Altcoins generally may outperform towards the end of a bull market, but that could be years away, and they may not claw back all the value they lost to BTC during the early part of the cycle Many Altcoins may launch during the late stages of a bull market which can reduce Bitcoin dominance, but that doesn't mean all existing Altcoins will perform better than BTC as dominance falls later on Remember, you must outperform BTC and not the $ There will be some unique Alts that can outperform - good luck if you can find them 🧠
