My first tweet. This has been quite a year. Losing my beloved wife Miriam, my best friend for 38 years and soulmate forever, and starting to learn how to live life with only her memory. Miriam left me with two pieces of advice.

Here, we characterize a double mutation in the tethered agonist of ADGRL3 that impairs TA-mediated receptor activation without impacting autoproteolytic cleavage.
