another tip: if you've had the league client open for a few hours, close it and boot it up again, if you're experiencing stutters/lag after a long session that you didn't have earlier in the session, that should fix it small indie company

League has become poorly optimized with recent patches, many people experience lag even on high end pcs. If you're experiencing random stutters or just bad FPS in general, this guide is for you. I put together a quick and easy guide to boost your FPS and reduce lag, and it should be simple enough for anyone to follow. This is very basic but can make a difference for some people.
