I still think about this case and I started diving back into it again today. This is probably the strangest case of missing children in Canada I've ever heard, and I can't let it go. They were last seen near Lake Ontario which I personally believe should trigger alarm bells for human trafficking and here's why. One of the main routes for human trafficking in Canada is through Halifax to the gulf of the St.Lawrence and down the St.Lawrence River into Lake Ontario. From there you can easily traffick into the U.S. and into the Finger Lakes via Oswego NY and we all know children disappear in the Finger Lakes. On March 17 1995, six boys went missing in Pickering Ontario. It's been 29 years since these boys were last seen. According to Durham Police, Jay Boyle, Chad Smith, Michael Cummins, Danny Higgins, Robbie Rumboldt, and Jamie Lefebvre, stole a boat and water tricycle and took them out on Lake Ontario. During their investigation, the Durham Police determined that the boats had capsized and the boys died from hypothermia. To this day, the boys, their belongings, and the boats have never been found. The only item found was a gas can that washed up on shore in Wilson New York, but it is unknown as to whether or not it belonged to the boat. A private investigator named Bruce Ricketts spent over 13 years investigating the disappearance of the six boys. During their investigation, the Durham Police had retrieved video footage from the marina that showed the boys on camera in the marina service area at 1:48am but in September of 2022 it was discovered by Bruce Ricketts that there were three other individuals, two females and one male, that that entered the marina service area at 2:10am. In the video, the male seemed to have moved ahead and was pointing something out to the two girls, but the video resolution was not good enough to determine exactly what was going on. What's more strange is that the dock camera was operational at 1:32am, but the camera mysteriously shut down at 2:10am. I strongly believe these boys were trafficked. Many towns along the St.Lawrence have a dark history of human trafficking such as Prescott and Cornwall, both of which had major human trafficking busts that involved trafficking and ritual abuse of countless children by prominent doctors, lawyers, judges and politicians. These boys vanished without a trace.
