Work ethic is internal & must be hounded and forged by the individual. @JaxsonCSanders & @Colton_Heim19 are both coming off ACL's, yet both are in at 5 AM working out for @CoachBHen! That's true WORK ETHIC! Both these young men are going to come back with an absolute fury. I expect them to be at the very top of the leaderboard for Sacks & TFL in the state next year.
