If two players shoot 10 shots one guy shoots all threes and goes 4/10 (12 points on ten shots on 40% fg) and one guy shoots all twos and goes 5/10 (10 points on ten shots on 50% fg) Who was more efficient? (I already know you’re going to deflect because this destroys your entire argument lmfao)
Drew(realhoopknower)@Drewmamba619

@aryh21 Me breaking down why you value curry’s efficiency is making you emotional lmfaooo Kobe achieved more playoff success with less and also became a living legend at 23 Curry just never dominated like this he needed KD to go b2b

@ga16788 @aryh21 Prime vs prime Kobe has a much lower turnover rate relative to league average and a higher OREB%. I was also talking specifically about their postseason primes, you idiot.

@Jay24k5 @aryh21 Steph has a better assist to turnover ratio than kobe and they have the exact same career offensive rebounds per game. Steph also a higher offensive bpm. Do u just talk out of ur ass?

Jay24k@Jay24k5

@aryh21 It's 2026 and Curry stans still don't understand that scoring efficiency isn't efficiency. Turnovers and offensive rebounding are also a big part. Adjust for that and prime Kobe was just as efficient in the postseason as measured by their relative individual box score ORTG number

@patriot1776tex @LeShendyJames That's one series against the best defense in history, dummy. It doesn't change the fact that the West was far superior.

@Jay24k5 @LeShendyJames Kobe only took 4 less shots than Shaq this series, if the teams i. The west were vastly superior than that just means Kobe doesn’t perform well in the finals right?

In what world is a player with 1 regular season MVP and 2 FMVP's (his own teammate walked away with 3 straight while he was ON THE TEAM), considered a top 5 player EVER? Oh wait, they aren't.

@joelvmoran @ash4nd1021 Yeah, the guy who consistently finished in the top ten in box creation, and led the league in offensive RAPM from 2002-2011, and had more positive impact on his teammates TS% than guys like Kidd... wasn't a great playmaker. You kids are clueless.

i was never a normie but just like most of everyone, i was way less educated on the analytical "ins and outs" and just watching games. Always felt Manu was legit in convo for top 3-4 players in the league in prime. Manu vs "any SG thats not MJ" is real convo in my mind.

HF@PSkilibeng

Put the spreadsheets down on this one Manu was special but you’re underrating the burden that comes with carrying a franchise vs functioning within a championship core Havlicek and Kobe were the only #2s to become #1s and even they were offensive engines in previous title runs

This is unfortunately a Miles Bridges masterclass. Been super active with his hands defensively and he's shown how important his mismatch attacking is against a switching defense for a Charlotte team that lacks 1v1 scorers. Kinda harshing my whimsy for the Hornets right now.

I really liked Apple TV's Margo's Got Money Troubles, starring Elle Fanning as a single mom who tries to make a living on OnlyFans, with terrific performances from her, Nick Offerman, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Nicole Kidman. My review: whatsalanwatching.com/review-elle-fa…

Shai finished the season with a +9.2 offensive on-off with neutral oDPM teammate help (+0.5 on, +0.5 off) in other words he’s basically driving the entire swing himself. for comparison Jokic had a +12.5 on-off with a +4.1 oDPM teammate help swing (+3.3 on, -0.8 off)

The underrated part of the Harden acquisition is that the Cavs likely won’t get killed like they did in the Garland minutes the last four postseasons. In 1,052 minutes of sample size, the Cavs nRTG was *21.8 points BETTER* when DG was off the floor.
