staff levels on the tills. I still am quite confused about the exchange policy of M&S and why it’s so complicated. Which was not explained at anytime from the shop assistant. Poor service on this occasion M&S and a headache to match.

I now have the embarrassing situation of asking for the money to be transferred from my relative. I don’t expect this level of customer service from M&S and it soured a lovely day. I’m not too sure that the shop assistant was focused on the transaction but rather worried about
