RDZ makes no sense from anyone involved. Better coach than 17th in PL, but hes not been in this situation before as far as im aware. Won't have time to implement his ideas properly so may have to coach something new for him. And he'll probably end up clashing with everyone

@JayCoyle301 @MOTweets1919 The very best way to implement VAR & have referees making genuine decisions, is for VAR to only be used at the request of a referee. Example - Goal is scored, ref thinks there was an offside so they say no goal on the pitch. VAR then has to find evidence of an offside.

Nah. It’s shite. It’s not needed. Fuck this idea of “oh it’s just implementation which is the issue!” That talk is getting us nowhere. Fans don’t want it. Fans don’t like it. Get it gone

@JayCoyle301 @MOTweets1919 VAR has made referees worse. They rely far too much on it & have started being indecisive to the point of not making a decision at all because they know VAR will review it. For VAR to work, refs have to be very strong on the field.

@JayCoyle301 Idk how old you are or how long you’ve been watching football but the state of things wasn’t so bad in a pre-VAR world. I’m not saying perfect but it was not that bad at all

@MOTweets1919 I don't trust that to happen with the level of officiating in this country. Think VAR mistakes are highlighted more because it's VAR, there's a lot more refereeing mistakes in leagues without it. Then you just end up with a load of apology letters

@JayCoyle301 VAR makes refs lazier. They have something to fall back on. Without it, they will have to be more decisive and more perceptive. It should improve things on that front, even if not necessarily immediately

@MOTweets1919 I know I'm in the minority but I just think people need to be careful what they wish for. If they think the refereeing is bad with it...

@JayCoyle301 Entitled to have your own view of this but you should know you are statistically in the minority and you’re wasting your time with me as I preferred the way in the Champ. The only game that wasn’t true for in a really big way was that Middlesbrough away game. That was a joke

@MOTweets1919 I've never expected VAR to get every decision right, it's just like a second layer of defense for bad refereeing but not foolproof unfortunately

We can confirm that it has been mutually agreed for Head Coach Igor Tudor to leave the Club with immediate effect. Tomislav Rogic and Riccardo Ragnacci have also left their respective roles of Goalkeeping Coach and Physical Coach. We thank Igor, Tomislav and Riccardo for their efforts during the past six weeks, in which they worked tirelessly. We also acknowledge the bereavement that Igor has recently suffered and send our support to him and his family at this difficult time. An update on a new Head Coach will be provided in due course.
