The new law also sets standard high penalty jail sentences for other child related crimes. The DP by firing squad is reserved for lewd actss against children 12 and under, those with aggravating factors. Multiple Incidents, positions of trust, and/or especially heinous acts. 25 years prison for offenses against 13-16 year olds. And those that dont get the DP for 12 and under crimes, will get 30 years. No more soft penalties! More states MUST follow!!! Effective July 1st Well done Idaho! 👏👏
