Following its last BOG meeting in March, @JayKimPA announced the launch of the Helpline - an experiment to see if solo & small firm lawyers could benefit from a non-emergency IT helpline. Jay said Friday that there has been "Overwhelmingly positive feedback on the IT helpline."
