All of our players were graded on multiple different metrics during our max week. This includes increases in max lifts, speed testing and jump testing. Our top ten showed a huge increase in those 3 categories!

MAX WEEK!! Today we did 40 yard, and I got a new PR with a time of 4.59 seconds! We were also supposed to do Back Squat but ran out of time, but excited to see what PR I can set for Back Squat on Monday.

MAX WEEK!! Today we hit bench and vertical jump, PR’d in both with a new bench of 245lbs and a vertical jump of 33.1 inches. Excited to test back squat on Wednesday!
