@virginmedia Yes you've informed me that we have at least 7 more weeks without any service whatsoever, apparently your team cable of pulling the old cable out but incapable of putting a new one in. One would presume this skill a prerequisite before removing a working albeit not perfect cable

Second week of no Internet, TV or Home Phone service after #virginmedia attempting to improve a pixelated TV signal they caused instead left me without any service and now have the cheek to send me an email telling me I now have extra channels. #absolutejoke

@GarbageHuman24 Very odd claim, doesn't matter at all if they were gay, perhaps they were. But equally could have been any decent human beings that knew their time had come and held each other.. Just assuming because two males hugged during their last moments that they must be gay is a jump.

#virginmedia the worst service I've encountered. Came round to fix a fault with our TV that they caused whilst hooking up a neighbour, decided a cable needed replacing. Promised this would be done the next day, next day they come ans apparently a blockage, promised the next day

Looking for recommendations please. Apparently #virginmedia who removed our Internet line supposedly to upgrade now can't fit the replacement for two more months. Unacceptable, so after recommendations any of these possibly get something in more quickly?

@virginmedia Nothing at all, have called this afternoon, the lady I spoke to was confused and stated the appointment had been booked incorrectly and she was escalating with the hope of it being actioned tomorrow. As normal customer left in the dark, struggling to work out what to do.

@virginmedia It appears not the case as apparently despite email and text confirmation of tomorrow's visit to finish off laying the cable that you've now cancelled it as you made mistake!!!!

So apparently being told there isn't a visit tomorrow, despite textels and emails from yourselves saying there is. I have extremely important online meetings scheduled for Friday based on this information and being let down one again! #virginmedia #sky

@virginmedia So we're we're updated last night informing you'd come today 21st, nobody arrived. Called to check and now informed it will now be the 26th! I have a vulnerable person in the property and wish I hadn't called to fix the pixelation on the TV as you've made everything worse.
