Arteta is my guy and always has been. Never, ever flip-flopped on him. And I still believe we will win the Premier League, the first of many under him. However, if we end up trophyless, he simply has to go. Nothing to do with “AFTV mob”. This is Arsenal FC, not Mikel Arteta FC.

The remaining 5 fixtures, ours look more favourable (on paper) Newcastle (h) & West Ham (a) will be tough, Fulham (h) is kryptonite in between UCL semi final. #City’s run in is tough, Everton & Bournemouth (a) both team fighting for Europe. I think both slip up somewhere…

How we “arrive” into April/May from a fitness perspective has to be looked at. City grow into it, their players look fit and in form at the business end. We always look leggy and desperate to be on the sun loungers. We recruited to fix this — Mikel & club must address it.

I know the result today stings, but you can take encouragement from that performance. Which after Bournemouth & Sporting performances, you couldn’t. Can’t give up now! 5 to go, do our jobs & hope the football gods do something for us. #Arsenal
