I rolled with @CraigWhoEls for about 20 minutes and he must've submitted me close to 10 times. Survive, tap, repeat. 😅 The complete & utter punishment aside, I absolutely loved it, and it will eventually become a consistent component of my holistic repertoire. #bjj #jiujitsu

The harsh reality is, if you’ve never trained at a Jiu Jitsu or #MMA gym, you can’t even begin to understand how helpless you are when it comes to grappling. An average blue belt would turn your world upside down and there’s quite literally nothing you could do about it. #BJJ
