If I was an activist investor the game plan here would be to put up $500k to $1 million of capital. That gets you a 5-10% position in the entire company. Build relationship with management. Then influence a sale of the entire company to a peer for 1.0-1.2x book value in 22 months when regulations permit. In the meantime just hammer the buyback.

After getting over not having the people I love around me anymore, my inner Petrol head would come out. Where is the nearest Ferrari dealership? Then Lamborghini then Aston Martin, Bugatti, Panoz, and on and on. Load up a car transport with all the fun cars, then set out to drive on every race track in America.
