This Tuesday, Nic Crews lost his life doing what he loved…serving others. He was killed in Jasper, Georgia while serving veterans — a community he was deeply passionate about, because he saw in them the same selfless sacrifice he tried to live out every day.
 
Nic loved Jesus. Not in word only — but in action. He showed up for people who had already given everything, because that's what his faith called him to do.
 
He leaves behind a pregnant wife due in April as well as two children.
 
Tragedy happens every day, but Nic’s family is left with very real and immediate needs.
