@HeartlessDaze Maybe that helps, that’s a summary of all the things to check for other than the stuff I though you’d already know

i’m still getting 60 frames on cod ryzen 5 5600x and a 4060 i’m supposed to average around 140 all low settings and everything

it’s likely something deeper like the COD config file overriding the frame limit (the options file can force maxfps or vsync unless it’s edited and set to read only), windows using a restrictive power plan that prevents the 5600x from boosting properly, the cpu not hitting its normal 4.6 ghz due to thermal limits, bios settings, or pbo issues, background apps like discord, browsers, or rgb software eating cpu resources, or the ram running at slow default speeds instead of 3200 to 3600 mhz, which hurts cod performance a lot
