I just had the most "white people" Hainanese chicken rice at a restaurant. Cauliflower rice, grilled (yes, grilled) chicken, and pickeled vegetables. The sauces were "scallion paste", "soy reduction" and a sweet chili sauce. It was alright but also...not Hainanese chicken rice.
