I help people take back control of their time, so they have more freedom, less stress and stop living life on hard mode.

If you can take the action to solve your own problems, you never need anyone to come and save you.

Today I had a breakthrough Was struggling to complete something It wasn't even that hard in theory So why was I just staring at a screen, willing myself to just do it but couldn't? I thought: Don't do it, go for a walk and just think about that damn problem with zero phone usage I got so annoyed about it still hanging over my head It unlocked something that bypasses that original mental block I was able to get the dreaded thing done! If you know the mechanism behind it, I'd love to know

@Clintonkadry If you quit what you chose to chase because you believed you could excel at it You'll have to do something else eventually to replace it Odds are, that Plan B you had? Was Plan B for a reason

Quitting is the easiest option for me. But will it make me more money? Will it make things better? Will it keep me safe? No. So I’ll keep showing up every single day.

Stop throwing money at things you think will help your situation Like they're somehow going to fix everything for you Buying things won't fix your life Doing the actions will fix your life

Your website without a blog? It’s just sitting there. A blog: • Builds recognition • Brings in traffic • Fuels your marketing • Keeps your site current • Builds trust over time One post can power everything else. If your site feels quiet, this might be the missing piece.

@marieforleo I need to sign up to start practising public speaking sooner rather than later!

I bombed my first speaking gig completely. Over-prepared, over-scripted, voice shaking the entire time. 😬 Went home and cried. Signed up for another one two weeks later. That's the whole lesson.

@Borlokva I'm often looking for the 'night mode' setting on websites. Too much white screen makes me tired & head-achy

Most websites don’t mean to exclude people. But many still do. Accessibility affects usability, trust, and whether visitors stay or leave. A few simple fixes can make a big difference.

@JaydeMetcalfe That's a great idea. I did a similar thing last year when I labeled it Documents 2025. Now I'm still operating in that folder and creating subfolders if I need to.

Ever try to find one Excel file buried in hundreds of Word docs? I did this morning. Typed “xl” in Windows search. Instantly filtered the folder to Excel files only. Found it in seconds. Sometimes the fix is simpler than we think.

People always ask: what should I write about? Answer: whatever topics you always come back to, no matter what That's what you write about You can refine it further & help people later

If you've never done creative work, assume the role of the machine gunner. Think, write, and publish, over and over again. Don't stop for a year. Once you know what you like writing, what resonates, and how to say it, become the sniper.

@VentureJourneys Whoa, hundreds of unused subscriptions is an insane amount 😳 I wonder if they even care they're paying for them or an ignorance is bliss type mindset 🤔

@JaydeMetcalfe Some people I know have hundreds of monthly subscription they simply forgot about lol. More people need to know the cost of bad bookkeeping in the long run

A client made $480 in one move today Barely any effort required How? Cancelled 1 subscription Rocket science? Nope When you look at your spending through the lens of: - Is this making me money? - Saving me time or effort? - Making my life easier? - Am I using it at all? - Could it be spent better elsewhere? It's a dead simple choice then Taking action is the harder part And that is only a couple of taps on your phone Imagine the other areas of your life this can apply to

@thejustinwelsh What you see as an 'unreasonable' choice likely was that persons 'only' choice to make Make the choice to have a shot at real happiness Otherwise, you're living less than a mediocre life by default

The happiest people I know all made a choice that looked unreasonable at some point. Left a great job. Turned down a raise. Moved somewhere without a plan. Sometimes the choices that look bad lead to lives that feel great.

I love using @freedom For me, it's totally worth the small fee for that ability to *NOT* be able to do things.. things like scroll endlessly, get stuck down some weird rabbit hole. How kids do not want to be told what to do, while us adults desperately need someone to tell us what to do.. or not do.. Freedom can't tell you to go to bed but it can make poor choices harder to access! **PS there is a free version available

This tip has completely changed my ability to focus. Plus, it's improved my calm, creativity, and clarity. It's simple: locked mode on Freedom. Freedom is an app blocker. I normally block social media and email on my phone and laptop for 16 hours a day. But I never used locked mode until now, and damn I wish I had sooner. Locked mode stops you from shutting the software down. You physically cannot get online. Before, when I found myself tired or overwhelmed, I would switch off the software, flick over to Twitter, hop on Slack, check my emails, or do anything but the work. This became a horrible loop. I'd complain that I didn't have enough time, then use my time poorly, which made me more agitated because I didn't have enough time. Locked mode removed the decision entirely. The relief my body feels when I can't get on is palpable. And then I just get back to work — or rest properly. Don't rely on willpower. One hard decision now removes a thousand hard decisions later.
