Took a flight and just landed. The plane crash from yesterday reminded me of death, so I did a thought experiment. I discovered that if I assume that am gonna die the next moment, it becomes the most powerful hack to stay in present moment and savour it. Suddenly the frame of mind changes from taking to giving.
