As part of our methodology we are changing the culture of our organisation… this includes how we handle meetings! One thing we have introduced is the observer scorecard into our meeting roles to call out good and bad behaviour- find the template on our intranet page @UHNM_NHS

Proud to have been floor manager today for Medicine @MidCheshireNHS & working to support all teams but most of all our patients to be safe during the Consultant and Junior Dr IA. A great team effort, super teams across the hospital & feeling very welcome in my recent role #nhs 💕

Last night this blew me & others away. My boy wanted to sing karaoke, own song choice.Never done it before in front of others.words say so much when I watch it back.Autism has no balance - one minute singing just doing something amazing, 20min later a full meltdown. @LewisCapaldi
