If you’re involved in pro wrestling, either as a wrestler, other type of talent, media, or even as a fan, how did you get to what you are today?

@ValPancakes I’ve been so happy to have you on the team in whatever capacity we’ve needed, but most of all as a friend. Especially the last few months with my heath, finding those people have been important to me.

I’m big on giving people their flowers before it’s too late. Life is weird and unpredictable. Tell your friends you love them and how much they mean to you. Give up grudges. Love y’all.

If this has to be one of my last in ring performances, then I’m happy to say I’m pretty proud of it. My health would rapidly decline following this weekend.

If we are ever having the #GOAT conversation about pro wrestlers, expect me 1000% to talk about Chris Candido.

Put this on FB a couple weeks ago. 2022 has actively been trying to kill me. Already had an emergency stent graft done. Spent 32 days in the hospital. Have been back here for 6 days and just had a bone marrow biopsy. Down 60 pounds since February. Still sexy lol. #wtad #fighter
