很多人不知道， 中共在联合国活动， 并非以“中华人民共和国”之名。 70年代中共加入联合国时， 只是申请取代了“中华民国”的开会席位。 因为修改《联合国宪章》需经三道复杂程序， 需三分之二会员国表决通过， 而宪章自1945年签署声效之后， 从来就没改过。 所以宪章里的中国，一直就叫“中华民国”。
