The first time you went into the gym, You didn’t train for 3 hours. Because after the 2nd day you would burn out. Consistency is a skill. And to build it efficiently, you have to start small then grow.

You've wasted 10+ hours on your funnel. Yes it looks very nice and will convert well. But what about when they subscribe to your email list? How are they going to warm up to you? How will they relate to you? How will they trust you? (hint: it's with a welcome sequence)

This makes #3 I never planned to start journaling The far left was a storage for notes After a while of writing down notes and ideas felt necessary. Imagine building something for years, then it works. That journey is priceless.

Is it only me? When I work for 2 weeks straight, then take 1-2 days off. That short break brings hella ideas and insights.

You're always tired because you don't have a purpose, or your purpose is to complete some meaningless set of tasks that lead to a paycheck. You can sleep for 8 hours and cut out every food imaginable, but if you don't have a life trajectory you deeply care about, you will never feel the raw source of energy that makes you unstoppable even in horrible conditions.
