The fact of the matter is that we’ve been in a per capita recession for far longer now than we would’ve been in a technical one.
We’re due for an economic upturn and could’ve been in it if governments got their knees off our necks.
The chosen path was to pump the country with migrants and recklessly spend away resources windfalls to prop up a hollowing economy.
When it could’ve been to cut immigration, cut waste, reform the tax system and reduce red tape to improve productivity through a short and sharp technical recession.
Our economy should be booming right now - instead, we’re wondering how long the downturn will last.

@MMatvikov The problem is education. If people were taught how to invest properly in school and bought into these companies they’d have a lot more money rather than buying a house because the average human thinks that’s the great Australian dream.
