@JackTeh96 Agreed, the nuances of specialty applications start at medical school. It’s the same the other way around, I wouldn’t expect to walk into a European residency. Yes UK grads are more likely to get a job, there simply aren’t enough anymore (altho outside the realm of my analysis)

@JazSeehra In the current climate where thousands of locally trained applicants are struggling to get a training number, putting number of available specialty posts aside, think the trend of a lower success rate for IMG applicants are consistent across other countries, esp USA
