Wowsers! Congrats guys! Maybe now you can pay out the creators whose money you’ve been holding onto and refusing to pay.

A lot has been going on in the background the last half year or so and I want to talk about it, I also feel like I don’t have much choice. I'm going to try and make this as short as I can but theres a lot of info to get out. An MCN called Omnia Media owned by the publicly traded company @WeAreEnthusiast who also own @Luminosity are currently withholding 5 figures of my money as well as money of many, many other YouTubers. They’ve spent months pushing back payment dates as far as they can, it was regular for them to pay out my monthly adsense payment 3 MONTHS after it would typically arrive. This has been an issue that has been going on for months with very little communication from their end. I’m fortunate enough to have savings to keep my staff and myself paid, however a lot of creators are really struggling financially due to this. Meanwhile Enthusiast are constantly investing in and expanding Luminosity whilst claiming they can’t pay us. It’s a disgrace and just goes to show what they think of the creators under their purview. My December earnings were paid out late as per our contract and yesterday was the last day they could hold my January earnings and I’ve been told I may not be paid until the end of JUNE. This is a clear breach of our agreement. I’m not sure in what world they think this is acceptable. On top of that I have been straight up lied to on numerous occasions about when I will receive payments. They’ve also sent threats to myself and other creators who have gone public or suggested that they'll go public. Enthusiast Gaming is a joke of a company, their stock is through the floor with little hope of recovery so its no surprise this has caused an immense amount of stress on myself and other creators. At one point they were holding several months worth of our revenue in a company on the verge of total collapse. @TeamYouTube has to step in and take action against bad actors in the industry like this, they are actively mocking the people that make the platform what it is.

I've made a video about how Omnia Media owned by Enthusiast Gaming (also the owners of @Luminosity) are witholding mine and many other peoples YouTube earnings indefinitely with no explanation. If this goes the way I'm concerned it will it'll go down as one of the biggest creator scams ever. youtu.be/rsYbVSJsrTE
