Last year, I blocked someone for borrowing ₦2,000 and refusing to pay it back. No warning. No argument. Just blocked. A few months later, I saw a tweet about a young guy who died after a brief illness. The name felt familiar, so I checked his photo. It was him. The same person I blocked over ₦2,000. Out of curiosity (and guilt), I scrolled through his page. His last few tweets were about being sick, asking for help, and people ignoring him. My chest felt tight. I went back to our last chat. His last message to me was: “Please I’ll pay you back, I’m just not okay right now.” I never replied. Till today, that ₦2,000 feels heavier than any money I’ve ever lost.

I just prayed God should do it. Do you all know what it means for a single player to play 50 games in a season? ( Zubimendi), Yet, we'll still insult him. Some of us just like complaints. You'll blame this and that. You never see good things from these players. Players are on the verge of winning two trophies. Instead of encouraging, you'll still insult. The way you're insulting A, you'll take B, C , D, and insult half of the teams. We should calm down. Our own too much.
