Education on menopause is so important. Gone are the days when women sit and keep things to themselves.

“Not true to yourself” when you as a senior MP know you were wrong but you plan to die on this hill because you are blaming your actions on the Speaker of the House. Either you follow the rules or change the rules.

The Opposition is calling on the Speaker of the House to step down. Speaking at a hastily called briefing while Parliament was still in session, Opposition members said the Speaker must remain neutral. Reporter: Amoy Harriott #Watch #CVMNews

I had a great talk with Executives of Generation 2000 (G2K), the young professional affiliate of the Jamaica Labour Party. We discussed where Jamaica is headed and how the next generation can help shape that path. Since 2000, G2K has been creating space for fresh ideas, new energy, and meaningful engagement in public life. It is encouraging to see so many young leaders ready to step up and make a difference.

Historic moment for G2K 🇯🇲 Congratulations to Sashana-Lee Edwards on her election as President, the first woman to lead Generation 2000 since its founding in 2000 as the young professional affiliate of the JLP. For years, G2K has been a critical platform for policy engagement, leadership development & national service, producing leaders across government, business & civil society. That legacy includes past Presidents such as David Panton, Ronald Robinson, Christopher Tufton, Warren Newby, Delano Seiveright, Floyd Green, Matthew Samuda, Stephen Edwards, Ryan Strachan & Shayne Kerr. Many former executives now serve in Parliament, including Ministers & MPs Tova Hamilton, Rhoda Crawford, Robert Nesta Morgan, Krystal Lee & Zavia Mayne. Respect as well to Newton Harris for a strong campaign that strengthened the democratic process🙏🏽 No hand me downs.
