@HPSupport I purchased a color ink cartridge (67xl) through Amazon. The cartridge is faulty. I spent time with the chatbot troubleshooting and the conclusion at the end was the cartridge, as when it had me try a new one, the issue was resolved. How do I get support?

@HPSupport @hp how do you talk to someone for support on ink cartridges? Your automated system is horrible and will only help you of you have a serial number.
